Over 18% of our student body is currently accessing Catholic education with support from the Pennsylvania State Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program and our Advancement Fund.

Help support the financial shortfall between tuition and the actual cost of educating a student. Our Advancement Fund is a critical component of our operating budget — Catholic and private schools across the nation use similar annual fundraising initiatives to close this common budgetary gap.

Earn PA State tax credits up to 90% of your state tax liability when you participate in the Educational Improvement Tax Credit program (EITC).
Thanks to your support, we awarded over $400,000 to 104 students in the 2022-2023 school year. For the upcoming year, we’re aiming to maintain this level of donations totaling $400,000 to provide tuition assistance for families experiencing financial hardship.
Contributors must be either Pennsylvania-based individuals or businesses, and contributions may not exceed $300,000 per taxable year. Contact Advancement Director Susan Mollahan for more information.
Many companies encourage their employees to support a favorite charity, while providing a matching gift. Funds received through these programs provide a direct benefit to the students at Holy Cross Regional Catholic School. Check with your employer to see if it offers a matching gift program.
