It is the mission of Holy Cross Regional Catholic School to strengthen our community in faith, hope and love. We challenge each other to develop independence, creativity, and curiosity as disciples of Jesus Christ for our future. As members of the Holy Cross community, we recognize the unique gifts and talents of others while practicing the values of respect, integrity, compassion, and justice.
Principal's message
Accreditation
Holy Cross is a fully accredited school through the Middles States Association Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools. We were accredited in November of 2015 for seven years, lasting through December 1, 2022, and continue to work on our action plan and mid-term report. Our teachers are all highly degreed and state certified.
Holy Cross is actively completing the steps to renew their re-accreditation and complete all requirements in the fall of 2023.
We chose Holy Cross because it offers an education that combines Catholic faith and teachings with academic excellence.
Our board
Made up of responsible parishioners, local business representatives, educators, community members, our pastors, and school principal, our school board receives its authority from the pastors of parishes designated by the Archbishop to sponsor our school.
The board sets policy with the responsibility to develop a strategic multiyear plan in the following areas:
- Financial oversight,
including the recommendation
of an annual budget - Enrollment
- Marketing
- Development
- Facilities and technology oversight and implementation
